Visa requests will ONLY be considered for Congress participants who have paid their registration fee.
A valid passport and visa for visiting France are required. If you’re from an EEA (European Economic Area) country or Switzerland, you can enter France with either a valid passport or a national identity card issued by an EEA country.
If you’re not from an EEA country, please check with the nearest French Embassy or Consulate or Visa Office for visa regulations at least 2 months prior to your traveling. If you need the Official Support Letter for Visa application, please send your request to email@example.com with “Visa support letter_ENCATC” as the email subject. The visa support letter is issued to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee.
Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a letter. Please be noted that the service is closed from 26 July to 11 August due to the summer holiday. All requests are handled in the order they are received. The information below should be included with the request:
- Your name as it appears on your passport
- Your current postal mailing address
- Your nationality
- Your date and place of birth
- Your passport number
