What is the ENCATC Congress on Cultural Management and Policy?
Since 1992, ENCATC has organised an annual gathering for its members, stakeholders and followers. The ENCATC Congress aims to explore ground-breaking innovations in cultural management and policy education and encourage steps to ensure significant improvements in this industry.
The Congress format is built on six main activities: The Plenary; the Education and Research Session; the Global Conversation, the ENCATC Research Award Ceremony; and the ENCATC Research Boot Camp; and the Exhibition
Who will I meet and network with at the Congress?
The ENCATC Congress is designed for academics, trainers and researchers from the cultural management and policy educational fields with cross-disciplinary interests to mingle with professionals, policy makers, and artists and thus to bridge the knowledge gap, promote research esteem and the evolution of pedagogy. Each year, Congress attendees come from over 30 countries in Europe and beyond making for a diverse gathering of knowledge, experiences and perspectives enriching the experience for all. In 2020 for the first digital edition, participants will connect online from all over the world.
